Board Actions

The board of education on Nov. 8:

  • Heard an update on the district's Comprehensive School Improvement Plan (CSIP);
  • Reviewed and accepted an evaluation of the district’s special education program; read the report or view the presentation;
  • Approved paying $952,156.91 for regular bills;
  • Approved, subject to audit, the financial statements for October 2022;
  • Approved paying $431,507.92, for purchases made on Pattonville’s purchasing cards, which earned the district a rebate of 1% (or $4,315.08);
  • Lodged for action the revisions to policy IGDA; a vote is expected during the Dec 13 board meeting;
  • Approved paying $1,935 to Tueth, Keeney, Cooper, Mohan & Jackstadt for legal services;
  • Approved, as lodged for action on Oct. 11, 2022, the adoption of policies EHB and EHBC, revisions to policies IL and JFCH, and the rescission of policies EHD-R-1, JFCH-R, and JFCH.JFCI.R E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6, and E7;
  • Approved the emergency purchase and installation of an outdoor security system for the Learning Center and transportation from TSI Global Companies for $47,323; and
  • Awarded the bid for pest extermination services and rodent control to Rottler Pest Solutions for $12,855.00.
